RECEPTIONIST – LEADING LAW FIRM

My client, a leading international law firm based in Birmingham, are seeking a receptionist for a full-time, office based role.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to clients and staff. The role also includes the opportunity to enrol into an apprenticeship programme; participation is optional and not a requirement for the position.
Working hours are to cover two shifts 08:00 – 16:00 and 9:30 – 17:30 on a rota basis with some flexibility for events/shift cover
The Role
\t
* Deliver a high-quality, professional reception service to clients, partners, and employees.
\t
* Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
\t
* Meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome.
\t
* Handle incoming telephone calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed.
\t
* Set up telephone, conference calls and AV equipment.
\t
* Ensure catering and presentation requirements are ready for meetings.
\t
* Assist with marketing events
\t
* Manage travel arrangements and bookings.
\t
* Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
