About the Team
We are looking to hire a Compliance Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Compliance Manager and provides an opportunity to join a growing area of the business within Touchstone, a UK‑based social enterprise dedicated to creating inclusive and thriving communities.
Responsibilities
On a daily basis you will work with the Compliance Manager and clients to develop and maintain a high level of performance. Your key duties include:
* Ensuring all required compliance documentation is maintained on Touchstone’s property management platforms.
* Providing a highly responsive and efficient service in line with client requirements and company policies.
* Utilising tools and management platforms provided by the company to maximise operational efficiency.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. The role is full‑time and on site.
Qualifications and Experience
Compliance experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Ideal applicants will have:
* Background in customer service.
* Comfortable using various IT packages.
* Track record of working with stakeholders such as contractors or maintenance staff.
Skills
* Customer Service Experience.
* Experience analysing and reviewing data.
* A proven track record of dealing with stakeholders, ideally contractors or maintenance staff.
* Knowledge of IT packages such as MS Word and Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
