The Manager, FP&A for Infios Hardware and Mobility division will serve as the primary financial partner for the business, owning full P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis. This individual contributor role is ideal for a highly analytical, self-driven finance professional who can independently support senior leadership, challenge assumptions, and drive financial performance across the division.
This role operates with significant visibility and influence, providing financial insights that shape near-term results and long-range planning.
What a day in life of looks like:
P&L Ownership & Financial Performance
* Own full P&L management for the Hardware and Mobility business, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and insight into all revenue and cost drivers.
* Lead monthly close partnering with global accounting team, ensuring all risks, opportunities, and variances are clearly understood and communicated.
* Develop and maintain driver-based financial models to support forecasts, annual operating plans (AOP), and long-range plans (LRP).
Business Partnering
* Serve as the primary finance partner to the Hardware and Mobility leadership team, providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
* Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business and translate them into actionable recommendations.
* Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, HR, and Corporate Finance to align on performance expectations.
Forecasting & Planning
* Lead end-to-end forecasting processes, including revenue projections, expense planning, margin analysis, and cash flow impacts.
* Prepare and present executive-level reporting packages summarizing financial performance, variance drivers, and forward-looking guidance.
* Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and investment modelling.
Analytics & Insights
* Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and other performance analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
* Assess business initiatives, pricing strategies, product profitability, and cost efficiency programs.
Process Improvement
* Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting cadence, and modelling efficiency.
* Strengthen internal controls around forecasting, data integrity, and financial workflows.
* Contribute to system enhancements, automation, and standardization efforts.
What you bring to the team:
* Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance (typically 5+ years).
* Demonstrated ownership of a P&L or a major business segment.
* Strong financial modelling capability in Excel and comfort with large datasets.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial insights to senior leadership.
* Ability to operate independently with limited oversight in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
* Experience in hardware resell industry, familiarity with Workday, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Power BI, NetSuite, Salesforce, OneStream or similar tools and professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or MBA advantageous but not required.
