What You’ll Be Doing
Market & Insurer Relations
* Build and maintain strong insurer partnerships
* Negotiate competitive terms and market-leading solutions
Technical Oversight
* Ensure accuracy, quality, and best-practice across all commercial placements
Team Leadership
* Lead, coach, and develop a commercial broking team of 8
Governance & Compliance
* Uphold the highest standards in line with FCA requirements
Commercial Strategy
* Contribute to growth, profitability, and operational excellence
Internal Collaboration
* Work closely with Directors, Compliance, Finance, and Broking teams
What You’ll Bring
* CII qualified
* Strong track record in UK commercial insurance
* Deep knowledge of Commercial Combined, Property Owners, and wider commercial lines
* Broking background essential.
* Client-first approach with strong insurer negotiation skills
