We are on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) and Behaviour Mentor to join their exceptional team. Position Details: Role: LSA/Behaviour Mentor Location: Thurrock Pay Rate: £85 - £95 per day Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Schedule: Term Time Only Payment: Weekly pay through PAYE About the Role: As an LSA/Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in the school's provision for students with additional needs. You will work closely with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as those exhibiting challenging behaviour. Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored support to individual students to help them overcome barriers to learning. Implementing strategies to manage and improve student behaviour. Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment. Assisting in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
