Roles & Responsibilities
* Creating a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Implementing positive strategies to support pupils with complex needs.

* Working closely with the SENCo to support individual education plans.
Requirements
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience in inner-city school environments is highly desirable.
* A high level of professional resilience and empathy.
