A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Store Leader across one of our client's growing used car dealerships in the Weston-super-Mare region.
Reporting to the Commercial Leader, this role will require you to lead, coach, and develop the sales floor, leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team of Business Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Administrators.
You will be:
* Overseeing Store activity, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.
* Implementing and managing processes to support profitable and compliant operations.
* Providing operational support and adherence to best practices.
* Upholding compliance standards within customer sales and finance placement.
* Managing Sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
* Assisting Sales Management with stock control.
* Monitoring and managing FCA compliance, GDPR, and company policy.
* Driving achievement of balanced sales across all products and services.
This role would suit a current Sales Manager/General Sales Manager or above with extensive retail sales experience gained from within the motor industry, particularly within used car sales, who has well-developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of all areas of the department.
You will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and in your ability to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team. Our client is consistently growing, so you must be comfortable in an environment where targets are continually rising. Additionally, you should have the passion and ability to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction to ensure repeat and referral business.
A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
Our client's business model means weekends are of the utmost importance; therefore, the ideal candidate needs to be flexible and comfortable working weekends.
