About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons for secondary students, ensuring the curriculum is accessible to all abilities.
* Assessment & Feedback: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
* Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and engagement.
* Collaboration: Work with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to address student needs and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
* Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for teachers who:
* Qualifications: Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS) in Mathematics.
* Experience: Have experience teaching secondary school students, with a track record of raising attainment in Maths.
* Skills: Strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
* Passion: Dedicated to fostering a love of learning and confidence in mathematics among students.
