We’re now looking for a Property Service Desk Analyst—a customer-focused problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference.
Some of the key accountabilities
* Be the first point of contact for property-related queries
* Triage, resolve, or elevate issues to minimise disruption
* Manage third‑party contractors and track job progress
* Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement
* Deliver a professional, efficient, and friendly helpdesk experience
You’ll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our Property team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Experience in a helpdesk or customer‑facing role
* Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
* Confidence working with suppliers and internal teams
* A proactive, caring attitude and a drive to improve
