About NHS Tayside
NHS Tayside has been at the forefront of the development of the General Practice clinical pharmacy role since 1997. The well-established, patient‑centred service maximises the skills of our pharmacy professionals, who are an integral part of General Practice healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide community based pharmaceutical care primarily in GP practices, with additional work in pharmacy hubs, community hospitals, care homes, and patients’ own homes.
* Support ongoing development of professional practice and clinical skills aligned with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Core Advanced Pharmacist Practice Framework.
* Participate in opportunities for post‑graduate study where appropriate.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality pharmaceutical care.
