Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’ that brings people together with plenty to say and nothing to prove. We are a new school club (no rules) with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

What you will do
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Creating exceptional dining experiences for members and guests
* Presenting menus and providing allergen information
* Preparing service mise en place in advance
* Collaborating with colleagues on daily specials and service details
* Supporting and training new team members
* Upselling subtly and conversationally
* Taking food and drink orders accurately
* Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of dishes and utensils
* Presenting bills and processing payments
* Maintaining a tidy dining area and timely removal of used items
* Making empowered decisions to enhance member experience and resolve complaints
* Following all health and safety procedures
Personal Profile
* Proven experience in luxury/lifestyle multi-outlet food and beverage operations
* Knowledge of current hospitality food trends and best practices
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building with colleagues, management, and members
* Genuine passion for hospitality and hosting
