What the Job Involves You will provide legal support and services to various departments, working under the Principal Solicitor (Litigation). The role involves delivering legal advice, managing a caseload primarily unsupervised, participating in project teams to fulfill council objectives, conducting litigation and advocacy in courts and tribunals, and adapting to new developments in law. You will ensure the organization's compliance with good legal practice, utilizing case management systems for service improvement.
