Job Description: Technical Project Executive Reports to: Technical Manager HQ Based at: DBPixelhouse Tewkesbury This role requires the candidate to be a self- training and managing individual, with previous event skills and a good understanding of Audio-Visual events. The overall aim of the role is to support the Operations, Account Management, and manage the client’s delivery of projects throughout the cycle. The company expects every individual to be fully flexible, adaptable, and work across all departments when required. Key activities, duties, and responsibilities. Office Own and lead individual assigned projects. Prepare quotations from clients & technical team brief’s Producing events as per project management process Technically manage projects with AM’s, operations, and clients throughout the project cycle Attend client meetings, specifying audio visual equipment and services Create CAD drawings and production packs Assist Planning & management of resources with project coordination & workshop team Crew, Equipment, Transport, Event Logistics & Equipment Prepare Risk & Method statements. Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and any additional procedures required by DBpixelhouse and its clients. Provide & deliver training for onsite & workshop technicians Troubleshoot technical issues with the onsite & workshop technicians Onsite Own and lead individual projects. Principal client contact, managing clients and their expectations. DB crew representative and crew leader. Plan and control on site operations and delivery Installation / Derig and operate during show audio visual, LED, IT & Networks Equipment General Flexible to help all aspects of the Tech business if/and when required. Hours of work: Office 7.5hrs per day or as workload determines Onsite as workload & travel determines The person: 3 years onsite technical experience in setting up Audio Visual, LED and IT / Networks equipment Flexible to work weekends and for long periods away from home. Pro-active, flexible, can-do approach to work. Able to work unsupervised on a day-to-day basis. Good at working under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to lead, manage, develop, communicate, and motivate team. Organised with an eye for detail. Good communication and customer care skills. Commercially aware. Full Passport. Full UK driving licence. Microsoft Office literate. CAD literate. Project Management & Health & Safety Qualifications.
