As part of this, we are redesigning our Organisational Development & Culture (OD&C) service and are recruiting Senior OD Advisers to play a critical role in building capability and supporting organisational change

Senior Digital Skills Adviser
Permanent | Full-time
£39,862 – £44,075
Shape how an organisation works — not just how it learns.
This is a key role at the heart of our digital transformation. You’ll go beyond traditional training—supporting colleagues to confidently adopt smart digital solutions and embed new ways of working.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and support digital readiness across the organisation
* Drive adoption of digital tools, including Microsoft 365
* Design and deliver campaigns, communications and learning to support behavioural change
* Translate organisational priorities into practical, user-centred digital solutions
* Enable colleagues to work more efficiently, effectively and confidently

* Experience supporting technology adoption and behaviour change
* Strong communication, engagement and influencing skills

Senior Digital Learning Designer & LMS Adviser

£39,862 – £44,075
Design learning that doesn’t just inform—but transforms how people work.
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Learning Designer & LMS Adviser to join our newly evolving OD&C service and play a pivotal role in building organisational capability.
This role is about much more than creating courses. It’s about designing engaging, practical learning experiences that help colleagues build confidence, apply skills, and adapt to new ways of working.
What you’ll do:
* Develop innovative digital learning solutions aligned to organisational priorities
* Use our learning platform (LMS) to deliver accessible, impactful learning
* Create safe, engaging environments where colleagues can practise and apply skills
* Support learning across compliance, transformation, and service delivery
* Ensure learning translates into meaningful, sustainable change
What we’re looking for:
* Expertise in digital learning design and LMS management
* Experience creating engaging, user-focused learning experiences
* Strong understanding of adult learning and behavioural change
* A solid organisational development (OD) foundation
