Position
Henshaws are looking to recruit Technical Support Manager to support the Head of Facilities and Estates and work alongside our Maintenance Manager and Catering Manager.

Responsibilities
The role of the Technical Support Manager will be:
* To assist the Head of Estates in ensuring the Facilities provide a safe, clean and welcoming environment conducive to student's needs and wellbeing.
* Direct line management of the housekeeping team
* To assist in the day-to-day running of the estates and facilities team with a focus on Compliance, Safety, and Record Keeping
Job Details
* Salary: £20.89 per hour/£41,278.64 per annum
* Hours per week: 38
* Weeks per year: 52
* Contract: Permanent
* Annual leave: 5 weeks plus 10 days' bank holiday
* Location: Henshaws College, with travel across sites in Knaresborough and Manchester
* Closing Date: 7th December 2025 at 12 noon.
Requirements
* Level 4 qualification in Facilities Management (IWFM) or equivalent experience.
* IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
* Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
