Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse operative to join our team. In this role, you will predominantly be responsible for packaging parcels for orders and ensuring the warehouse is kept stocked and organized.
Will need to be confident on a step stool/ladder and some heavier lifting will likely be required at times.
The role will begin with a focus on warehouse operations, including stock control, packing, and dispatching orders. Over time, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, such as handling customer orders and managing supplier purchases, allowing for professional growth within the company.
Previous work in the Print industry would be a huge benefit as it would give you an advantage over having some knowledge of the parts you are dealing with.
Training for using a Forklift would also be beneficial but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package parcels accurately and efficiently for customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software.
- Excellent communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
