We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Manager to oversee the electrical works on a high-end residential construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential electrical systems, project management, and team leadership. Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities: * Manage all electrical aspects of the residential project from start to finish. * Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical teams and subcontractors. * Ensure all installations comply with local regulations and safety standards. * Review and interpret electrical drawings and plans. * Monitor project timelines, quality, and budget adherence. * Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other trades. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise. Electrical Manager Requirements: * Gold ECS * SMSTS * Proven experience managing residential electrical installations. * Strong knowledge of local building codes and electrical safety standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
