Job Description
3. Overseeing all financial control, reporting, and cash management for the Group.
4. Ensuring timely delivery of all financial reports and management information packs.
5. Maintaining accurate financial data through effective account reconciliation.
6. Managing credit control, invoicing, insurance processes, and external audits.
7. Preparing Group financial statements and ensures regulatory compliance.
8. Leading a small finance team.
9. Supporting the Group CFO with financial strategy, capital raising, and key banking/supplier relationships.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Controller should have:
10. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
11. The ability to manage periods of change/transformation successfully.
12. Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team effectively.
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
15. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
