About the role
Responsible for the commercial success and adoption of the Exclusive Payment Solutions (XPS) financing offers across the UK, Ireland, and Netherlands. This role ensures seamless integration of financing into the sales cycle, working closely with sales teams, vendors, resellers, and funding partners.
As the Financing Solutions Manager, you will:
* * Accountable for the commercial success and deployment of Exclusive Payment Solutions (XPS) financing offers across the UK, Ireland, and Netherlands.
* Train and support sales teams to understand, position, and integrate XPS into commercial opportunities.
* Manage credit assessments, adapt financing offers to partner credit profiles, and drive credit approval processes with funders.
* Market XPS solutions to key vendors and maintain commercial relationships with funding partners.
* Prepare and review compliant financing quotes, liaise with sales admin and finance teams to ensure accurate transaction processing.
* Maintain local pricing, provide market feedback, and deliver monthly performance reporting on opportunities and margins.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Financing Solutions Manager :
* * Over 10 years’ experience in financing solutions within financial institutions or the IT channel, with strong expertise in receivable financing and deal structuring.
* Deep understanding of credit, risk management, and IT channel financing and distribution.
* Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards is preferred.
* Proven ability to educate non-technical stakeholders on complex financing solutions.
* Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and a fast learner with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
* Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments while maintaining excellent team collaboration.
