### What You'll Be Doing:
As a key player in our Assessment and Curriculum operations, you will ensure smooth and effective delivery for both taught and research degree programmes. Here's a snapshot of your exciting responsibilities:
Assessment and Curriculum Administration for Taught Programmes: - Deliver high-quality administration of taught progression and assessments.- Coordinate digital assessment systems and facilitate the external moderation process.- Manage exam boards and ensure accurate processing of student outcomes.
Examination Operations: - organise and manage paper and digital exams, including OSCE exams.- Collaborate with Timetabling to set up exam venues and manage logistics.- Provide support for students with additional needs during exams.
Research Degree Assessment Administration: - Coordinate research student progression and oversee viva voce examinations.- Ensure timely distribution of research theses to panels and facilitate outcomes.
Committee and Governance Support: - Provide secretarial support to Boards of Studies and Committees.- Contribute expert advice during Board meetings.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: - Offer guidance on complex policies to enhance student experience.- Ensure all activities align with university regulations.
Service Improvement and Stakeholder Engagement: - Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.- Engage with networks to share best practises and contribute to discussios.
Other Duties: - Self-manage a complex workload and plan small projects for improvement.- Uphold the university's values, including commitment to the Environmental Policy### What We're Looking For:
