Tasks as follows:-
Record customer payments and allocate to invoices
Process invoices received into Xero
Process bills received into Xero
Process bank transactions (e.g. using bank feeds or manual reconciliation)
Maintain and update accounting records (Xero)
Chase outstanding payments (light credit control)
Reconcile bank accounts
Update cash flow forecasts
Prepare and send out customer state...
