About the Role:

As a Client Advisor you will be supporting clients to grow adoption and increase success with their CRM and Business Development initiatives, based on the utilization of the LexisNexis (LN) InterAction (IA) solution. The CA role leverages industry experience, expertise and the LN ecosystem (Product Management, Marketing, Support, Services, etc.) to grow customer spend with LN.




Responsibilities:

* Leading the Client Engagement motion for upselling existing customers, including prospecting, scoping, negotiating and closing opportunities in conjunction with assigned Account manager
* Managing the customer experience and relationship with IA by acting as trusted advisor and relationship owner, maximizing customers return on investment by helping firms fully leverage LN products and services
* Sharing successful best practices, case studies, etc. across industries and geographies on improving the value of IA, both to the individual users as well as the firm as a whole
* Aiding in developing ROIs, business cases and roadmaps for current usage and future expansion of IA at the firm
* Using established programs like the Customer Success Program and tools like the Strategic System Assessment, Value Assessment, System Health Checks and other internal applications to share where clients are on the IA Journey and help identify new opportunities within Professional Services and Training.
* You will travel to client site 50% of the time (self-driven and based on business demands)
* Leading the Client Engagement motion for upselling existing customers, including prospecting, scoping, negotiating and closing opportunities in conjunction with assigned Account manager.


Requirements:

* You will have experience within the Legal Industry.
* You will be an analytical thinker so that you are able to identify key ideas from complex information, think creatively, and research to ensure effective solutions.
* You will be self-motivated and results driven so that you can meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by prioritizing workload and proactively identifying issues. Collaborate across LN to solve complex problems.
* You should be able to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels, using prior experience to persuade and present business cases. Simplify complex ideas and work well in teams.
* You will have an entrepreneurial attitude in order to take ownership of client success, network across LexisNexis and partners, help shape client communications, and contribute to program strategy.
* You will have technical literacy so you can quickly master relevant systems (InterAction, VMWare, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Word) and understand technologies used in marketing, business development, and enterprise software integration.
