Office and Facilities Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of office management at Citizens Advice Mid Mercia. This role involves managing administration, facilities, health & safety, and equipment issues across multiple offices to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead on all office management aspects, including administration, facilities, health & safety, and equipment issues.
2. Line manage and support administrative staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
4. Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
5. Oversee personnel administration, including staff records, holiday/sickness tracking, and support recruitment and induction processes.
6. Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
7. Uphold the values and principles of Citizens Advice Mid Mercia in all aspects of work.

Candidate Profile
* Highly organized with proven experience in office and facilities management, preferably in a charity or not-for-profit setting.
* Experience in supervising staff and volunteers, with excellent people management and communication skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
* Confident in managing health & safety, IT, and facilities issues.

* Full driving license and own vehicle for travel across multiple offices as required.

Salary and Location
* £28,000 to £34,000 per annum (FTE), dependent on experience
* 37.5 hours per week
* Primarily office-based with travel across offices in Church Gresley, Derby, and Tamworth; hybrid working possible
* Permanent contract
