Want to build something your way, sell a unique sustainable product that matters, and grow faster than any corporate ladder allows?
If so, check out this brand new BDM role…
Why You Should Join
Tired of being handed someone else’s old patch and told to “make it your own”?
This time, it actually is yours.
You’ll be building a new area, no legacy mess, no one telling you “that’s not how we do it here.”
It’s a blank canvas with the freedom to shape it your way and show people what you can do.
You’ll also actually see your effort turn into money because the commission here is uncapped and paid quarterly, not hidden behind mystery multipliers or “team performance adjustments.”
Hit your targets, add new customers, and you’ll genuinely feel the reward in your bank account.
What You’ll be doing
You’ll feel that rare mix of passion, pride and profit selling something that makes a genuine difference and is unique in the market.
You’ll sell your company's biotech cleaning range, which is proven to outperform harsh chemicals, reduce water waste, and cut costs for customers who care about sustainability and results.
With no real competitors in your space, every new deal is wide open, and every new account pushes your commission higher.
Your product sells itself; it blows customers' minds every time, it just needs your passion to show them there's an alternative to dangerous cleaning chemicals.
You’ll be out meeting leaders from Facilities Management and Contract Cleaning companies.
Your role is 90% new business focused to start with, so you’ll spend most of your week on the road (around four days) meeting prospects, running demos, and setting up trials that prove what the products can do.
Once trials convert, you’ll build the relationship and manage that account.
You’ll have the backing to make things happen: marketing support, plenty of leads generated from distributor partnerships, and direct access to leadership for pricing, trials, and strategy.
Hit £16K/month in new sales, set the regional benchmark, and open doors to leadership or national roles as the business scales.
That could be leading a team across the north, stepping into a more nationally focused role or other areas which become available as your company scales.
Where You'll Be Doing it
You'll be joining the cleaning/hygiene industry's most exciting new manufacturer that's truly disrupting the market with its unique range of power-based sustainable biotech cleaning products.
Their mission: To remove harmful chemicals wherever possible.
You’ll get the satisfaction of selling sustainable products that genuinely do good.
It’s not greenwashing, it’s science-backed innovation that actually solves problems, which makes selling them a whole lot easier.
You’ll be joining a business that's aiming to grow by £5m over the next 3-5 years.
They’re partnered with one of the biggest distributors in the world, and already making huge waves in the market.
You’ll feel part of something small enough for your ideas to matter but big enough to make an impact.
Around 20 people, all sleeves up, no passengers.
Everyone’s close to the action, which means decisions happen fast and you’ll have that rare feeling of joining right before things really take off, catapulting your career and development.
What You'll Need to Apply
* What matters is that you're a confident salesperson who knows how to open doors, run a proper meeting and follow through.
* If you’ve sold cleaning, hygiene, or FM products, great, you’ll hit the ground running.
* But if your background’s in technical consumables or any kind of solution-based selling into FMs and contract cleaners, you’ll also be suitable.
* You’ll fit best if you’re a solution seller, someone who understands a customer’s pain points, and loves solving problems rather than just shifting boxes or selling on price.
* You’ll also be the type of person who has a genuine passion for helping customers fix things properly, from clearing odours and blockages to cutting out harsh chemicals.
* Have a UK Driver's License and be based in the North of the UK
However…
It’s a startup environment.
Fast-paced, sometimes chaotic. If you need lots of corporate structure to sell, this won’t be for you.
