The Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first member of the team to meet our guests as they arrive at our beautiful hotel. You will help create enchanting moments that set the tone for their visit, whether they have come for dining or an overnight stay.
You will also be the last person they see, aiming to leave them with a wonderful lasting impression.
Our Receptionists are available to assist guests throughout their visit, whether booking dinner reservations or helping them navigate the estate.
The Person
The successful Receptionist will be smart, presentable, and able to build rapport with people from all walks of life.
Good planning and organizational skills are essential, and previous hotel industry experience is preferred.
You should have a charming, hands-on approach, a can-do attitude, and a work ethic that enables you to learn the estate's products and offerings in detail.
Shift Pattern
* This position involves 40 hours per week.
* The candidate should be flexible, working any 5 days out of 7, especially during busy periods like weekends.
* Shifts include: 07:00-15:30, 10:00-18:30, and 14:30-23:00. Flexibility to cover night shifts (22:45-07:15) for holidays or absences is required.
