We are seeking to fill Executive Officer roles within the DWP, Work and Health Decision Making Directorate. These roles are ideal for individuals with a positive attitude, a passion for public service, and a desire to make a difference.
We welcome applications from candidates who have strong influencing and communication skills, the ability to understand complex information, and can make timely decisions.
The available roles will be based in Bangor (Ty Pont Britannia) and Treforest Industrial Estate (Ty Taf).
Successful candidates will be assigned to specific Executive Officer roles. Standard promotion rules will apply, and successful candidates will be placed on the DWP pay scale with applicable terms and conditions.

* Analyzing data to make effective decisions across the Universal Credit claimant journey.

* Providing excellent customer service, considering individual circumstances and complex needs.
* Demonstrating strong telephony and digital communication skills with claimants.

* Informing Case Managers and Work Coaches about decision outcomes promptly.
* Ensuring accurate and timely Universal Credit payments.
* Staying informed about service changes and contributing to continuous improvement.
* Engaging in personal development through digital learning and self-service tools.
* For roles in Wales, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
