About the role

We are seeking a talented Early Careers Specialist to join our DeepTech team in Bristol on a 12-month FTC. Our Talent Partners work with leading companies like Snyk, ASOS, and Portswigger, designing recruitment strategies for rapid growth and niche roles. We focus on outcomes over KPIs or targets, leveraging data-driven processes and bespoke dataverse for informed decision-making.

We value hiring and retaining top talent professionals and encourage innovative, forward-thinking ideas that look 2-5 years ahead.

Responsibilities include:

* Visiting clients twice a week to collaborate and build relationships.
* Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies for Early Careers.
* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
* Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
* Supporting the design and setup of end-to-end recruitment processes with partners, including niche role headhunting.
* Partnering with hiring managers as one team.
* Conducting recruiter screens and managing interview debriefings.
* Maintaining accurate data for stakeholder influence.
* Delivering weekly and monthly reports on progress.
* Participating in weekly project team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
* Proactively designing solutions and bringing new ideas to overcome challenges.
* Sharing knowledge through training sessions and onboarding.
* Keeping abreast of market trends and conditions.

Skills required:

* In-depth recruitment experience in Early Careers.
* Outstanding headhunting and delivery skills.
* Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
* Solutions-focused mindset and problem-solving ability.
* Adaptability to change.
* Strategic thinking.
* Positive energy and outlook.
* Big-picture thinking.
