What You'll Do:
1. Lead Management & Admin
* Update and maintain daily lead spreadsheet.
* Ensure every new lead is assigned to the right consultant.
* Highlight and chase any unassigned or "stalled" leads.
* Maintain accurate source tracking.
* Provide daily visibility on leads.
2. Prospect Follow-Up
* Send templated emails.
* Light check-in emails/calls to attendees.
* Handle scheduling for discovery calls and initial diary management.
* Ensure every lead is either progressed.
3. Growth Workshop Event Process
Pre-event:
* Manage invite process.
* Create attendee profiles.
* Coordinate with marketing on pre-event comms.
* Prepare attendee lists, name cards, briefing notes.
On the day:
* Set-up event room.
* Welcome attendees and ensure smooth check-in.
* Provide real-time admin support.
Post-event:
* Update lead/attendance records immediately.
* Trigger follow-up emails (attendees vs non-attendees).
* Hand over warm leads to consultants with clear, accurate notes.
* Support tear-down and wrap-up of event materials.
4. Team & Sales Support
* Prepare daily huddle updates (who has booked, who's been contacted).
* Track follow-through on attendees, non-attendees, and leaky bucket leads.
* Support weekly reviews with data insights.
* Help with recording, organising and flagging calls for quality reviews.
* Ad-hoc admin tasks to keep membership pipeline clear and consultants focused on selling.
Who Are You:
* Organised, detail-driven and process-oriented.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot ideal, but training provided).
* Proactive and reliable - spots gaps and fixes them.
* Confident on email and phone but not expected to sell.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.
* Comfortable being hands-on at live events.
