You must hold a full valid driving licence and have access to a car for regular business use (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
The Successful Candidate Will
* Work in collaboration with the Community Mental Health Services Manager and a multidisciplinary leadership team.
* Ensure the highest standards of practice and service delivery.
* Deliver the services required under the National Service Framework for Mental Health.
* Be an experienced mental health clinician.
* Have excellent assessment and risk management skills.
* Embrace and drive change and innovation.
* Be a skilled and intuitive communicator with experience of providing leadership.
