Lead Generation Specialist UK (f/d/m)
Full‑time role located at our office in Sutton Coldfield, UK Head Office. We offer a hybrid workplace model (3 days office/2 days remote).
Responsibilities
* Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers across different target groups such as architects, specifiers and installers.
* Take responsibility for processing leads and ensure efficient development throughout the customer journey.
* Research and pre‑qualify inbound projects for relevance to sales.
* Work closely with the field sales team and help achieve commercial goals, serving as the first point of contact for key customers to book CPDs and ensuring professional communication throughout the process.
* Actively manage the process via Salesforce, ensuring accurate data and reporting, and tracking lead progress to complete follow‑ups.
Qualifications and Profile
* Experience in telemarketing, inside sales and lead generation with strong communication and telephone‑based customer interaction skills.
* Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce; KPIs used as valuable tools to process leads professionally and in a targeted manner.
* Driven, independent, structured working style combined with engagement, strong communication and persuasion skills; adaptable to changing requirements.
* Proactive, persistent, customer‑focused mindset; team player, analytical, enjoys direct contact with customers.
