* Proactively engage with potential customers via phone to introduce and promote company products and services.
* Conduct timely and effective follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest in our offerings.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Telesales professional should have:
* Proven experience making high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) and successfully closing sales over the phone.
* A minimum of 12-18 months' experience in cold calling or outbound telesales.
* Experience in B2B sales is preferred, or demonstrated success working with limited data where conversion rates are critical.
* For remote candidates: prior experience in a high-performing home-based telesales environment is essential.
* Confident, assertive, and engaging communicator who can build rapport quickly.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Resilient and target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
* Remains calm and effective when working under pressure.
* Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering value and maintaining relationships.
* Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Sound understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales activity.
