As part of the Avanade Growth Agenda, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling productized solutions designed to deliver repeatable, packaged value to our clients. This is not traditional consulting or project delivery—it’s about building offers that scale globally, align with Microsoft, and accelerate growth through standardization, repeatability, and impact.You will manage product backlogs, prioritize features based on business value, and work with stakeholders across Avanade, Microsoft, and our clients to ensure our Factory offers are simple to sell, easy to deliver, and competitively positioned. You’ll help translate strategy into action—turning business objectives into repeatable solutions that can be sold and delivered at scale. Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, sales, delivery, and Microsoft counterparts to ensure market relevance and client value Support go-to-market planning, pricing models and pilot executionLead requirement refinement and codify delivery standards for repeatable, scalable offeringsPartner with marketing and sales enablement teams to define value propositions, sales motions, and success metricsMonitor KPIs such as pipeline velocity, offer adoption, and client feedback to inform scaling
