🚨 Sales Director 🚨

💸 £90,000 to £150,000 + bonus

📍 North London office, five days a week


Here at MKJ Ignite we’re dead excited to support this high growth, design led wellness scale up is looking for a Sales Director to lead the next phase of retail expansion. The brand has already built huge traction through its direct to consumer success story and now it is time to continue that momentum into grocery, premium and specialist retail.


You will join an ambitious, creative and commercially sharp team that moves quickly, backs ideas and loves to win. This is your chance to shape how a challenger brand shows up on shelf and grows from a cult favourite to a household name.


🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

🌱 Lead and deliver a retail growth strategy that drives brand awareness and revenue across grocery, premium and specialist retail

🛒 Take a proven D2C brand and scale it into retail, securing listings and driving distribution growth across key channels

🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and distributors to maximise visibility and performance

📊 Own retail P&L and sales performance, using data and insight to shape strategy, pricing and activation

🎯 Work closely with founders, marketing and operations to ensure retail success is fully integrated with brand and digital growth

💼 Proven experience leading a challenger or premium FMCG brand from D2C into retail

📈 A strong network across UK grocery, retail and distributor partners

💬 Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of winning listings and delivering growth

💪 A mix of strategic thinking and hands on execution that thrives in a high growth, fast moving scale up

🧠 Entrepreneurial mindset with energy, ownership and a love for building brands

🏢 Comfortable working five days a week from a creative, high energy North London office
