Responsibilities as a Fragrance Consultant: Customer service
- Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and provide personalized recommendations based on their individual tastes, occasions, and personalities.
Product knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance collections, trends, and ingredients to offer informed guidance and foster brand loyalty.
Sales & Targets
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Stock Management- Support in managing stock levels, including assisting with inventory checks and replenishment.
