As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding care, ensuring residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Work in line with RCN and NMC standards
* Promote independence and wellbeing
* Develop and implement care plans alongside colleagues
* Administer medication safely
* Build strong relationships with residents and their families
Requirements
* Valid NMC PIN
* Minimum 6 months UK nursing experience
* Previous experience in a clinical setting (care home experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
