The Company
This is an established, award-winning events and production agency with over 20 years' experience delivering conferences, exhibitions, galas, weddings, private parties and bespoke production projects. Their team comprises of events, project management, production and scenic disciplines allowing them to combine creative thinking with strong technical capability. With production led projects representing the majority of their work, they deliver around 1,200 events per year for a range of corporate clients, brands, venues and partner agencies.

Leaders are hands-on, supportive and actively involved in project delivery and the team is truly cohesive. Sustainability is also a key focus, driven by an internal working group. They are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their production department in an exciting and fast paced role.
The Role
They are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team and take the lead on the end to end delivery of a wide range of production projects.
This is a broad role where the Senior Project Manager will take hold of the following responsibilities:
- Leading production focused projects from enquiry to delivery
- Managing key client accounts and maintaining client contact throughout
- Taking briefs and preparing suitable production solutions in line with these
- Conducting site visits and producing production quotations and specifications
- Managing project resourcing and capacity across the team
- Coordinating needs for production kit and specialist suppliers where required
- Collaborating with internal departments including the events, scenic and warehouse teams
- Preparing load lists, schedules and risk assessments
- Managing production budgets and ensuring profitability
- Overseeing the delivering of projects onsite as well as post event feedback
The Candidate
We are looking for candidates who have a solid knowledge of event production processes and technical kit. Ideally to be considered for this Senior Project Manager role, candidates will be coming from a production agency or technical supply company. Individuals must be able to evidence strong client facing skills and have the ability to lead on an event production from briefing stages through to delivery onsite.
