Contract Test Systems Engineer – Test Hardware
6–12 month contract
You will be required to provide evidence of your security clearance. Applications without the appropriate clearance will not be progressed.

This contract role focuses on the creation of test equipment and end-to-end test solutions supporting complex, safety-critical systems. You will work within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment, contributing hands-on expertise across the full test lifecycle, from requirements through to validation and support.
Key responsibilities
1. Design and deliver test equipment and end-to-end test solutions
2. Specify, select and integrate appropriate test equipment for complex products
3. Develop and execute robust hardware test cases aligned to system requirements
4. Support testing activities across the full lifecycle, including development, integration, verification and validation
5. Collaborate with engineering, systems and programme stakeholders to ensure test solutions meet technical and operational needs
