Site Supervisor - Full-Time - Raunds Area - Salary - £25,183 - £28584 Secondary School We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to join the facilities team at a well-established secondary school in the Raunds area. This key role is vital in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. Role Overview: Oversee the daily maintenance, security, and safety of the school premises. Carry out routine inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate and supervise external contractors and site maintenance services. Manage and respond promptly to any site issues or emergencies. Support the smooth running of school operations by maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment. Ensure all safeguarding and fire safety procedures are adhered to. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience in facilities or site management, ideally within an educational or similar environment. Driving license (essential) Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A hands-on, practical approach with the ability to solve problems efficiently. Flexibility to respond to site emergencies as needed. Basic DIY and maintenance skills (desirable).
