Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 1 month (potential to extend)
Start Date: ASAP!!!
Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid - based in Hackney
Hourly Rate: £14+!
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the friendly voice our customers rely on. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer inquiries with empathy and understanding
* Providing clear and accurate information about products and services
* Resolving issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
* Collaborating with team members to enhance service quality
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written ️
* A confident and calm approach to problem-solving
* Confident when answering and talking on the phone.
* The ability to empathise with customers and understand their needs
* Previous experience in customer service and Zendesk is a plus, but not essential
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
