The ideal Junior Sous Chef has:
Previous relevant experience within luxury restaurants/hotels would be a distinct advantage;
Ability to work under pressure and be flexible;
Good command of English and/or Mandarin Chinese with the ability to communicate confidently;
Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor a kitchen team;
