Newstaff Employment is recruiting experienced Car Sales Executives in Hemel Hempstead to join a long-established and successful dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a respected automotive group with a newly refurbished showroom and excellent earning potential.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: Basic + OTE up to £65,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week and every other Sunday
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and engage potential customers in the showroom
* Advise customers on vehicle options, features, and benefits
* Provide detailed information on finance and payment options
* Deliver a high standard of customer service from initial enquiry to sale
* Close sales effectively and professionally
* Report to the Sales Manager and contribute to hitting the team KPIs
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the automotive industry
* Proven background in high-value or consultative sales
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Results-driven with strong negotiation and closing abilities
* Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Full UK driving licence
