Senior Associate – Finance (4–7 PQE) | London
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support on Sports Finance deals, including club and stadium financings
* Draft and negotiate finance documents (e.g. facility agreements, US private placements)
* Advise lenders, borrowers, and investors across complex finance structures
* Collaborate across teams on leveraged, structured, and project finance work
Requirements:
* 4–7 years PQE in finance law
* Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction

Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on innovative, large-scale infrastructure finance transactions
* Draft and negotiate key financing documentation
* Work closely with multi-disciplinary, international teams
* Gain exposure to a broad range of debt finance structures
* Opportunity for secondments and cross-border collaboration
Requirements:
* 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience in infrastructure/project finance
* Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
This is a key role within a market-leading finance practice known for advising on complex, cross-border transactions for a wide range of clients, including banks, corporates, and private equity funds.
