CRM Officer Role at a UK-based Charity
We are excited to recruit a CRM Officer for a UK-based charity. This pivotal role involves managing the charity's CRM system and supporting project management efforts. You will work closely with colleagues from Fundraising, IT, Communications, and Finance to ensure effective data management, compliance, and CRM functionality.
The CRM Officer will act as the CRM product manager, overseeing change requests, gathering detailed requirements, triaging CRM requests and tickets, and ensuring data quality and integrity. Responsibilities include maintaining GDPR and financial compliance, managing CRM security, implementing configuration changes, overseeing data imports and integrations, and staying updated on CRM industry developments.
Additional duties involve developing test plans, managing user profiles and licenses, creating KPI dashboards, supporting users through support emails and tickets, leading third-party relationships, liaising with various teams to fulfill business needs, and delivering training and guidance on CRM use. The role also emphasizes cross-departmental collaboration to improve CRM processes and efficiencies, all while adhering to the charity’s policies and procedures.
