About the Opportunity
We are working with a high-growth, specialist transformation consultancy focused on helping organisations design and deliver next-generation Global Business Services (GBS) and enterprise service operating models.
They partner with global enterprises to drive large-scale transformation across functions such as HR, Finance, IT, and Operations, leveraging process optimisation, digital platforms (e.g. ServiceNow), and intelligent automation to enable scalable, efficient service delivery.

The Role
As a Manager, you will support the design and delivery of GBS and enterprise transformation programmes, working across operating model design, process transformation, and technology-enabled change.
You will operate across multiple workstreams, engaging with stakeholders, driving delivery, and contributing to the development of scalable service models.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design and implementation of Global Business Services (GBS) and shared services models
* Lead elements of target operating model (TOM) design, including governance, service structures, and delivery frameworks
* Drive end-to-end process transformation (e.g. P2P, O2C, H2R), including standardisation and optimisation
* Contribute to enterprise service management (ESM) and workflow transformation initiatives
* Work closely with technology teams to enable solutions using platforms such as ServiceNow
* Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define transformation roadmaps
* Manage delivery across workstreams, ensuring timelines, risks, and dependencies are effectively handled
* Support change management and adoption to ensure successful implementation of new operating models
* Contribute to client relationships, including stakeholder engagement up to senior leadership level
* Support business development activities including proposals, solution shaping, and client presentations
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in consulting or transformation roles within enterprise environments
* Exposure to GBS, shared services, or operating model transformation
* Experience delivering or supporting process transformation programmes (e.g. HR, Finance, IT)
* Understanding of enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, or similar
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across business and technology teams
* Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
* Ability to structure problems, analyse data, and communicate insights clearly
* Commercial awareness and interest in contributing to business growth
Desirable Experience
* Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, HRSD, or ESM)
* Exposure to process mining, automation, or AI-led transformation
* Involvement in GBS design, service centre setup, or global delivery models
* Pre-sales or proposal experience within a consulting environment
