Talent Guardian is currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator on behalf of our client based in Poole. This is a temporary position with an immediate start, ideal for someone confident in managing a range of finance and credit control duties.
Our client is flexible so they will consider full time or part time hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Sending customer account statements promptly and accurately
* Chasing outstanding debts via email and telephone
* Providing copies of invoices or credit notes upon request
* Handling delivery account pull-throughs
* Updating account commentary on internal spreadsheets
* Performing general account housekeeping to ensure accuracy between invoicing and delivery records
* Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in finance administration or credit control
* Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with finance/accounting systems
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
Hours are 8am 5pm Monday to Friday
Payrate £14.00ph - £15.00ph depending on experience
