Patent Attorney – Electronics

A leading European intellectual property firm is looking to grow its electronics team with the addition of a Patent Attorney who has a strong technical background in electronics or computing.
This newly available role offers the chance to work with a diverse and high-profile client base — from global tech innovators to fast-growing startups — supporting them on cutting-edge developments across electronics, software, and hardware technologies.
What you'll be doing:
* Drafting, filing, and prosecuting UK and European patent applications
* Responding to office actions and advising clients through the grant process
* Collaborating with international associates on global filings
* Advising on patentability, freedom to operate, and portfolio strategy
* Working closely with inventors and R&D teams to identify and protect IP
* Supporting ongoing training and development as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team
