Responsibilities
* Conduct specialist assessments of communication, both informal and formal.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and deliver interventions.
* Develop and implement autism assessment and intervention pathways.
* Mentor parents, teaching staff, and other carers in communication skill‑building.
* Contribute to the development of communication training programmes and resources.
* Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for students and less experienced staff.
* Engage in practice development, evaluation, and research activities.

* Permanent, full‑time position with up to 37.5 hours per week

About You
* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
* Membership of the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists
* Experience working with children with autism and complex needs
* Strong knowledge of SALT interventions and ASD diagnostic criteria
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
