The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager/Director, you will take a lead role in managing commercial aspects of this landmark project, ensuring robust cost control, value engineering, and profitable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Full QS duties including interim valuations, final accounts, and variations
* Cost reporting, forecasting, and risk management
* Subcontractor procurement and management
* Commercial support to the project team
Requirements
* Extensive experience as a Senior QS on main contract projects
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC)
* Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying; MRICS desirable
