We are looking for a Registered Home Manager to join us at Chawley Grove Our luxurious Home on the outskirts of Oxford, which provides award-winning residential care, dementia care, nursing care and respite breaks .

What you'll be doing:
* Operate efficiently and effectively to lead and manage the day to day running of the care home.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residents
Ensure the care home complies with all relevant legislation and is always of at least a good or equivalent standard as measured by the regulatory body.
* To act as a role model leading by example in attitude, behaviour and conduct.
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
* Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care.
Could you be part of our team?
The successful applicant will be/have:
* Registered Home Manager with experience in a similar setting.
* Clinical background would be preferable but not essential.
* Proven track record working successfully in a care home. (Elderly setting).
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Knowledge of private fee pay market.
* Knowledge of CQC & Local Authority requirements.
* Excellent leadership skills
* Possess committed and organised approach.
* A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
