Your new company A well-established Bolton based business are now recruiting for an Administrator within their growing tax department. You will be the first point of contact assisting colleagues by providing administrative support, therefore you should be well organised, efficient and have a flexible approach to work.This position is office based working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Your new role As Tax administrator your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to; Onboarding process including money laundering checks Sending documents via Docusign for signature Setting up new companies as requested Typing of letters, emails and reports Photocopying, filing, archiving and scanning as required Emailing bills to clients Sending our registered office post Zoom/Teams meetings Meeting bookings as required Taking calls Helping on reception as and when required Any other admin task as required What you'll need to succeed Experience in a busy admin function Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
